Group classes are scheduled below, but are you aware that you can train at CFMAF anytime during the open hours whether there is a group class scheduled or not?! Call us and come by to learn more about our exciting “FLEX TIME” workouts designed specifically for you!

We are closed on all Federal Holidays. For the safety of our students we will cancel classes on days that District 11 schools are closed due to inclement weather.

Note: We are open at 5:30AM – 8:30PM Monday – Friday. Saturdays 7AM – 11AM. You can come in and work out on the open floor and the weight facility any time!
