The meaning behind our class logo.

Our class logo is a one deeply rooted within scripture. The triangle points towards the most important relationship that we can have, the relationship with God. The gap between family and country is a widening one when both family and country choose to stop focusing upon God and continue to focus primarily upon themselves. However, the closer the family and country come to God, the lessening of the gap between family and country.

Our warrior is a symbol of modesty. He is strong, skilled, and well trained yet he is kneeling with his head bowed acknowledging God, a greater power than himself. His hand is upon his sword showing the strength of submission and always ready for battle when called upon.

Our Class Motto is:

"Praise be to the Lord my rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle."
(Psalms 144:1)

The apparel worn by the warrior carries its own meaning:

(Ephesians 6:10-17)

Although Calvary Family Hybrid Hapkido's concepts are firmly based within the Christian faith, we do not push the beliefs of "Master C" or any other student or instructor upon the participants of our system.
